Car accident may warrant wrongful death claim after teen’s death

Teenagers often think that they have their whole lives ahead of them. Their parents often hold this notion as well. There were at least three individuals inside the car at the time of the crash, which occurred at approximately 9:45 p.m.The incident resulted in a 19-year-old passenger suffering fatal injuries. He was declared dead at the accident site. The driver and another passenger in the car were taken from the scene to an area hospital to be treated for minor injuries. At the time of the report, the cause of this fatal accident was still under investigation.
