PARTNER & PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Attorney Kevin Sandel, the name partner of our firm, handles all our injury cases from beginning to end. He is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Akron School of Law. He has been a resident of Akron, Ohio most of his life and is dedicated to serving his community, which is why he decided to build his practice here. Prior to opening his law firm nearly 10 years ago, he worked for multiple insurance companies in roles ranging from injury claims adjuster to claims manager to claims attorney. He knows exactly how insurance companies attempt to settle injury claims for the least amount of money possible and uses that knowledge to maximize our clients’ cases. He understands how crashes can leave people suffering; physically, mentally, and financially. Kevin’s top priority is helping our clients regain their lives in those areas. He specializes in various injury cases, but most of our firm’s work involves car crashes.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Lori’s role as Chief Operating Officer is vital to the success of our firm. She spent many years as a public-school educator and administrator and uses all of those skills in her day to day management of our office. She focuses on implementing the firm’s current marketing and communications strategies with our team, while also handling all the needs of our office and employees. Her operational expertise, resource management and collaboration skills drive our firm’s success. One of Lori’s major strengths is her ability to build relationships and she uses that strength with our clients, employees, and vendors.

PARALEGAL

Cheryl, our paralegal here at the Sandel Law Firm, is responsible for managing all firm files and overseeing the preparation of all client documents. She has significant experience dealing with insurance companies and other aspects of the day-to-day management of our current cases. When our team must prepare for litigation and eventually trial, Cheryl expertly prepares everything necessary for our attorneys to be successful. Cheryl is patient and respectful with a very high level of attention to detail. She is enthusiastic and encouraging, with an incredible work ethic, which makes her an invaluable member of the Sandel Law Firm.

LEGAL ASSISTANT

Our legal assistant, Kaya, is the first point of contact for clients who call or visit the office here at the Sandel Law Firm. She also manages incoming and outgoing deliveries to employees, clients, suppliers, and couriers. Additionally, her support helps keep the office efficient so our staff can focus all their efforts on client support and management. One of Kaya’s greatest assets to the Sandel Law Firm is the empathy she provides for anyone who calls our offices or walks in our door.

CASE MANAGER

Our newest staff member, Bailey, has joined us as our case manager here at the Sandel Law Firm. Her role is to help support our attorneys and oversee the case management process at the firm. She organizes and maintains case files and timelines while at the same time providing our clients with excellent customer service. She spends time checking in on them and their treatment of their injuries. With a degree in forensic science, her experience in research and analysis has helped Bailey step into our case manager role with ease. But more importantly, Bailey’s previous experience as a first responder makes her ideal when it comes to advocating for our clients and making sure they feel heard.

ASSISTANT TO THE LEGAL ASSISTANT

Lillian William Sandel aka Lilly Billy holds the prestigious title of “Assistant to the Legal Assistant”. She is always serving the office by performing her daily tasks of cleaning up all crumbs found on the floor, providing attentive customer service by barking at anyone who walks in our door, and providing emotional support to all members of our staff by constantly following them around. When Lilly is not busy with her many daily tasks her, she is often found under someone’s desk taking a nap. Lilly’s role at the office is imperative to our overall office atmosphere and employee morale.
